Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric professional to join our Customer Retention Team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with international clients, fostering loyalty, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to Hauzzi’s mission of elevating the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges that may impact client relationships, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Monitor and manage key customer success metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and Customer Lifetime Value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that add value to their businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Analyze data to create insightful reports and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Design reward and loyalty programs to strengthen client relationships and drive retention.
  • Advocate for process enhancements based on customer feedback to improve operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
  • Degree in Architecture, Design, or related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology (preferred).
Languages:
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Experience:
  • Background in sales, customer service, or client success.
  • Experience in the construction or custom cabinetry industry is highly valued.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer success metrics (NPS, CSAT, CLV).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with construction or remodeling businesses.
  • Certifications or specializations in customer success or related fields.
  • Fluency in Spanish for supporting international clients.
