🎯 Role Mission
As an SDR at Hauzzi, you will be the first point of contact for businesses interested in becoming our Dealers. Your role is to qualify leads, identify real partnership opportunities, and guide them through the onboarding process. You will showcase Hauzzi’s value proposition, answer questions, understand the lead’s challenges, and demonstrate how our program helps businesses sell more and grow faster.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Contact inbound leads from marketing campaigns and perform outbound prospecting (cold calls, cold emails)

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (company profile, business model, sales potential, location, etc.)

Schedule and/or conduct product and partnership presentations

Educate prospects about Hauzzi’s unique offerings and dealer benefits

Nurture leads through the sales funnel until they become Dealers

Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot)

Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and sales processes based on insights from interactions
🔍 Requirements

Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or as an SDR

Strong communication skills and a proactive, goal-driven mindset

Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products and B2B markets

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot)

Background or familiarity with remodeling, architecture, or cabinetry is a plus
